me and may had some fun trying to act studious in the nat lib today...haha not like we succeeded cos we hung out mainly ard the computers and the fiction section. but i think tt other than for the lifts (they're really fast) the lib was a huge let-down. most of the books i was looking for cldn't even be found there. the rest were on loan. sigh. all that hyped up over the lib outing for nothing.
but the silver lining was swensens'! the coit tower was good....imagine from the bottom of the tall glass upward--hot fudge-vanilla ice cream with generous sprinkling of nuts-strawberry sauce-chocolate ice cream with more nuts-sweet banana slices-whipped cream-chocolate sprinkles-cherry-crispy wafer-american flag...all together now...Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
yep yep today was full of pleasant surprises like the ice cream and nasty upsets like the dismal nat lib. well you gain some and you lose some.
say yes to the zoo outing ppl! this little girl can't wait to go :)
