Will power is very important in our lives.
Something I sorely lack.
Kind of feel like I've disappointed Yiiwen and myself in yesterday's run. Maybe it all boils down to preparation. Without adequete preparation, how can you fail to disappoint?
Sometimes, you just know that even though you've met the target you've set for yourself, you've still disappointed, because deep down inside, you know that you're capable of doing better, just that you didn't have the will power to.
Oh dear. That sounds so depressing. On the upside, it was enjoyable. Hopefully the next time I go for it, I'll not end up disappointing anyone, least of all myself.
Next week's going to be a tough week for us all, especially for snail and slug what with nationals rolling by. Keep strong, keep going and have faith.
