i must learn to be more resilient to dampeners, and more easily affected by mood lifters.

ytd i was all gloomy and unhappy cos my ed practically rewrote my article and told me that i didn't have enough information, so now i've to call a zillion people and go down to the place again. plus it didn't do anything in terms of encouragement for me. BUT on reflection, in a better mood tdy, i guess that's what happens with every new thing you do. I've never much liked beginnings bcos of the adjustments (and i think i'm slow to adapt), but middles are comfy for me. but the thing is, you don't learn much during middles, do you? that's when you hone your skill after you've gotten the basics.

anw little things tdy improved my mood. my section's journalist asked me to go for lunch with her and her friends, so i got to know more ppl in the newsroom! i think she's prob the best supe one can get. the cooperative ppl i talked to for my new story are helping me get it out on time. i got my pic in IN, and left work relatively early so i cld do some sit-ups bef dinner in goodness knows how long since. (the tummy is not cooperating in aching though) plus i managed to have dinner on time tdy with my family!
