"Alright. Here's my experiment for the day, and I'm inviting you to join me in this. Make a list of fifty - yes, 50 - things that make you happy. Why? Because life is bad enough as it is, and we quite often miss out the small things that make getting through each day bearable. Being grateful for things like these is the start of making life marginally more awesome.
